At KOI Footwear, we want you to love your vegan shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your shoes back in their original box and include the completed packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.
Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier through the portal, print the generated shipping label, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the package.
